3) Accounts & Access
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for accessing your picks daily via your account or by calling (800) 398-8156.
4) Fees, Refunds & Cancellations
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS.
- No guarantees are made regarding outcomes or profitability.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion.
5) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. By purchasing, you agree to the fee schedule below if a dispute is initiated without valid cause and is resolved in our favor.

6) Results, Risks & Disclaimers
- Sports are inherently unpredictable; past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
- Picks reflect opinions at the time of posting and may change due to market movement or news.
- You assume full responsibility for any wagers you place.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the services.
7) Acceptable Use
- No scraping, redistributing, reselling, or public posting of member content.
- No harassment, abuse, or threats toward staff or other users.
- No unlawful or harmful activity on our platform.
8) Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, graphics, and software are owned by VPK or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access member content for personal use only.
9) SMS Terms (If You Opt In)
- By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive automated texts regarding picks, updates, and offers.
- Message & data rates may apply. Frequency varies.

- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
10) Termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity (including chargeback abuse), harassment, or activity harmful to our business.
- Suspensions/bans are final and non-reversible.
11) Governing Law, Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflicts of law.
- Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Nevada (except where prohibited by law). Each party bears its own costs.
- You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
